After a somewhat longer drive from Götzis in Vorarlberg, we arrive in a relatively relaxed manner in the foggy village of Pfunds. P2 is the name of the parking lot next to the main road (okay, there's a bit of a forest road as well), and it offers quite a few cars. When a colleague approaches us, we know we're in the right place.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the small shooting range next to the hut. A lovely patch of land. But things are about to get even better. The refreshment stop, complete with targets and a truly nasty shot at the rival ibexes, tops off the first impression. This is the perfect place to spend fun club evenings.
The course is very challenging. The paths are relatively challenging. A round here is really fun. The shots are really tricky—yes, we like that.
Rock formations are used to great effect and provide an additional challenge.
All in all, a very nice course – even if the weather isn't exactly cooperating today – the few drops of rain are definitely worth the visit.
