The three-pointer at Hauer Hill. Known for not being a particularly fair-weather course, Hauer Hill presents a challenge for many shooters. The terrain, the targets, and the way they are set—Hauer Hill, after all.
With archery buddy Roland, we set off early in the morning to celebrate our first try at the Hill. And the course once again lives up to its reputation – exciting, challenging, and, above all, tear-jerking when we see the results.
But that's okay – that's how it is there, and that's how it will stay. Michael Binder , one of the initiators of the local club, will accompany us for part of the way. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, he didn't have time to complete the course with us. It's a shame – after all, "rounds" with him are always very entertaining and educational.
Nevertheless… there was plenty of small talk and we exchanged ideas about this and that – thank you for that!!!
