The course is accessed via the small toll road directly to Pillersee. We walked back a few meters and then up to the shooting range. We met a few locals and, for once, chatted about archery in general rather than the course.
We start with the "mountain circuit" with its 28 targets. There's also the "small" lake circuit with 14 targets.
The path winds steadily uphill toward the mountain. Steady because the course doesn't chase the archer up and down. Not even for pulling arrows. ;)
The course offers truly beautiful shots. It has everything a shooter could want.
Transporting the targets seems to be quite difficult here. There seem to be no (at least we haven't discovered any) drivable paths "through" the course.
The same goes for the refreshment station. Jam-packed (and on a Monday morning, no less), it seems like all the stuff was brought here.
A beautiful and, at times, really challenging course!
