Harmanschlag early in the morning... there's a church, a lovely tent from the fire department festival, and of course, the archery course. Oh yes, only in summer... in winter, skiers race down into the valley here.
And that brings us to the topic. You could almost call the course high alpine – if the operator hadn't managed to soften the gradient somewhat with a finely laid out path. Nevertheless, it does have a fair amount of ups and downs.
But in return, we archers can expect some truly impressive shots. Admittedly, some of them are quite long. But that's precisely what makes the course so special. It's a challenge!
Well-placed targets and plenty of aid stations (distributed throughout all three courses) make the round seem entertaining. Absolutely fantastic!
And then there was the lovely volunteer fire department tent. After the round, there was a hearty bratwurst with fries. A fitting end to the day ;)
