The coordinates for the course are correct – joy! Unfortunately, that's not the case everywhere. There's a parking fee… well, about 3 euros, which is okay. I put it in… and… NOTHING. The machine is broken. No money or ticket. Okay, I go to the lady at the guesthouse where this parking space apparently belongs. "No, it's none of my business!" Okay, too… I put a note on the windshield and off I go.
The clubhouse is open and really nice. We've registered, paid... and have another smoke. Fair enough, you get a drink there for the lower end of your parking ticket. Really decent... but wait, we don't have a parking ticket. Fine, too – off to the course.
A truly beautiful course has been created here. Relatively short distances and a wide variety of shots in a perfect wooded area. It's truly fun to shoot here.
Twice you cross the refreshment stop with a "toilet"... well, we'd rename it "natural toilet," but it's definitely better than on many other courses – you can hide behind a tarp near the ground. ;)
2.5 wonderful hours in the forests of Leutasch – a very fine experience.
When we returned to the car afterwards, there was no ticket or anything else - just four other cars that (like us) had a handwritten parking ticket behind their windshield.
