The beast's call has faded for this year... Yesterday we welcomed 50 wonderful archers to Hauer Hill and sent them on four challenging rounds. The mood early in the morning and the weather were perfect, and nothing stood in the way of a day full of fun, despair, joy, and depression. Before we set off, we celebrated our two birthday friends, Tony and Erich. Happy birthday again from all of us!
Tired, yes, a little desperate, yes, but always with a clear goal in mind, ALL participants completed the four laps of the course. Some fitness trackers reported more than 26,000 steps and several hundred meters of elevation gain... that may or may not be exactly right. The fact is: the start at the target was at 8:30 a.m. and the fourth lap ended around 7:00 p.m. You mastered the challenge fantastically and delivered great performances. We congratulate ALL finishers. We would especially like to mention our youngest participants: Nils and Max - you are amazing! Some participants shone with incredible performances, but then there were Nicole and Dominik... they were even more amazing. Both overall victories were not even close - you are the ultimate creatures! Congratulations and huge respect! We are very grateful that we were able to inspire such a brilliant group of great people for our creature. THANK YOU!
I'd especially like to thank our tournament team. Toni and Susanne, who closed the archery box for a week so they could build the awesome course in 47-degree heat and make about 1,000 shopping trips. Our contract grillers, Hannes, Dominik, and Noah, and of course, Ingrid and Mela, who looked after you so well. THANK YOU!
Our thanks go to the Markt Piesting Gymnastics Club, whose home grounds we are always allowed to use without any hassle, and to the Buchriegelbräu private brewery, who served beer and cocktails in their beer truck.

Preparations for next year have already begun this morning and we believe it will be great again.

And watch out—the next threesome is in the works. It's expected to launch on September 19. More information, as always, on the threesome's Facebook page.
