This year's state conference took place in Salzburg on November 26, 2022. The participating representatives of the state associations, the auditors, the national coaches, the commissioners, Andrea and Frank, and the ÖBSV board exchanged views on the most important topics of archery in Austria:

The participants' experiences and plans in these areas were shared, and they discussed how they could work together to achieve even greater impact and results. It was an intensive day with excellent discussions, and everyone was able to take away further suggestions for their work in their areas of responsibility. Our continuous development serves athletes in practicing our beautiful sport and in achieving their recreational and elite sporting development and goals.
