Dear archers
The last two months have been marked by unexpected personnel changes. Since the turn of the year, we've considered many scenarios, evaluated them with partners, and developed possible solutions. But when is the right time to inform members? It makes no sense to inform them too early about "unfinished business"; rather, wait until solutions and facts are on the table.

Renate Kerbl has already been co-opted onto the board and will take over the Finance Department's responsibilities starting March 31, 2023.
The positions of media and youth officer are currently vacant, and we are working on filling them. We invite suggestions and applications from anyone who feels a strong calling and would like to contribute constructively to the entire archery community.
Andrea Grießner decided to take a job in the private sector at the end of February. Frank Seewald will join the Austrian Fistball Association in April. Lena Frauenschuh secured a position at the university earlier than planned.

Mirjam Wöber will take over office management and accounting duties starting at the end of March.
The duties of the sporting director and, on an interim basis, the managing director will be in the hands of Michael Müller, who started on March 2nd and is currently working his way up to the role with top-level sporting enthusiasm.
