The website states: "The area isn't called Zunzi's Archery Gstätten for nothing, so be sure to wear sturdy footwear." You should definitely follow this recommendation! And a certain level of fitness is a plus. There are ropes for abseiling or pulling yourself up on the very steep sections, but only on the really steep ones. But it's doable; we're not exactly expert climbers. 
Oh yes, there was something else: archery! Very cool and challenging shots. Almost every shot is a special challenge!
Even though there are no refreshment stops along the way, you can still take a short break at the rocks and enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding area. A truly beautiful afternoon!
