First of all… we shot with longbows, hybrid bows, recurves, and barebows – it works the same way there. 
The title is of course just a play on the name of the course. 
Having already been "teased" by several archery buddies, we naturally had to see and shoot the course ourselves as soon as possible. YES – this "new" one can do SOMETHING, too.
Three loops of 15 targets each circle the simple refreshment station. The paths, trails, and bridges are simple—but they more than serve their purpose.
The standout feature of this 3D course, however, are the targets. Many of the targets are homemade. This is a first for us. You often see repaired ones... but completely homemade ones... not so much. Kudos to Primitive Archery in Eggenburg – they really put a hell of a lot of work into them.
With five people, the three laps naturally took a little longer, but each destination was still fun. Fans of the "I want to shoot more than I walk" mentality might be converted on this course. After all, all three laps together are over 6 kilometers long.
Conclusion
Cool shots – even cooler creatures, and one pretty daring visitor who took a shit behind a backstop – really brave . May those arrows never fly around your dropped pants.
