A vast area awaits archers in the Raab Valley. The infrastructure for very large tournaments and numerous visitors can be found in this remote valley. If you want to score electronically, you should enter the course into your cell phone a few kilometers in advance. Cell reception isn't exactly good there.
Register, have the obligatory chat with at least one club member, and off we go. We immediately hired Sigi (one of the local club members) as a tour guide and took him along on the course.
The shooting range is huge. There's also a dedicated area for corporate events and the associated training sessions.
There are 30 well-placed destinations to be found. The route has been chosen very humanely. This beautiful terrain could be made much more challenging in terms of walking technique.
The shots are varied, as are the sizes of the animals. It's a truly excellent course that can easily be completed by two people in under two hours.
