Split: High-ranking visitors at the archery training course - Bogensportinfo Blog
Christine Haydu, long-time chairwoman of BC UNION Seiersberg and former national division representative of SPORTUNION, visited the youth on Saturday.
The focus of this weekend was mental training with Jörg Zwicker, as well as physiotherapy approaches to stable stance, with the primary focus on the torso. Both speakers vividly presented these topics in their presentations. Following this, the participants, together with the coaches, tried out the practical application with the archers. The Grande Madame of archery (who has been successful nationally and internationally for 60 years) addressed words of praise to the young people and coaches.
The learning effect for everyone was enormous, and the trainers' voices became louder in their calls for more knowledge. Project manager Roman Till promised, after consulting with Christian Wöll, to push this area forward.
37 participants from four German states enjoyed another weekend of sports with added value and fun. The feedback from the participants speaks more than ever for the continuation of the project. Thanks also to Bogensport Gigl and Roman Till as well as Sagittarius Sportswear for sponsoring the T-shirts that the young people didn't want to take off.
