The concepts of fairness and sport should be inextricably linked. This applies not only to the demand for a fair conduct of sporting competitions, but also to the way athletes interact with each other. All officials, whether in clubs or associations at the state and federal levels, have an obligation to support athletes in practicing sport and in achieving their development and goals, both at grassroots and elite levels.
The attached code of honor was drawn up by a working group as a guideline for respectful, fair and objective interaction with one another and with third parties.
This code of honor describes the behavior expected of the voluntary officials in the association and in the clubs, the club members and the full-time employees in the spirit of the association's culture internally and for the reputation of archery externally.
