On July 16 and 17, 2022, 76 athletes from the federal states competed in the Austrian Archery Championships in Carinthia, competing in the longbow, traditional bow, and barebow categories. This Austrian event was organized by the Austrian Archery Federation, and the competition was contested by the Archery Club Carinthia team. A 1440-point round was shot over two days, followed by a team and mixed team competition.
The organizers and the entire referee team did an excellent job for the shooters over the three days.
The participants were enthusiastic about the organization of the championship, despite the changing weather conditions.
