Duration: two days (approx. 9:00 – 17:00 h each)
Here we teach recreational archers, ambitious tournament archers and all other archers the correct shooting technique as well as the basics of “instinctive aiming technique”.
Long-time archers, as well as newcomers, receive optimal support and guidance. However, participants should be able to safely shoot an arrow in a precisely defined direction and hit a nearby target.
In the first theory block, I explain the basics of biomechanical processes (shooting technique) as well as the basics of instinctive shooting technique. Here, instinctive archery is broken down into its basic components and made understandable.
In the following large practical block, shooting and aiming techniques are carried out and practiced again and again. Each individual course participant receives maximum support and assistance according to their needs. Only with a clean, correct and consistent shooting technique can one shoot and hit successfully instinctively.
It is also necessary to impart appropriate knowledge regarding the technical material basics. There are often large gaps in knowledge that need to be closed. This happens in the second theory block. Useful recommendations are also made regarding bow lengths, draw lengths, draw weights, arrow types, spine values ​​and tip weights.
During the two days of the course, each participant learns how to correctly apply the instinctive “aiming technique” and generally successfully improves their shooting style and hit rate.

• Theory of biomechanical fundamentals
• Theory about the basics and application of instinctive aiming techniques
• Individual and group training of the biomechanical processes of a perfect shot
• Measurement, determination and documentation of the body’s own basics (draw length, draw weight, spine value, etc.)
• 3D course training
