What is the offer function suitable for?

The offer listings are intentionally designed for time-limited specials, for example:

  • Last-minute places in courses or workshops

Note: Please do not use this feature to enter your regular course program. Your company profile is for that. The offers feature is intended to highlight special promotions and provide genuine added value to interested parties.

Where can I manage my offers? Here's how archery offers work:

Creating a new offer takes just a few minutes. As a registered archery provider, you'll find a new menu item, "My Offers," in your personal administration area . There you can create new offers, edit existing ones, extend promotions, or manage expired offers.

Depending on your settings, offers can be created and maintained by either you or the team at bogensportinfo.com.

Offer editing view

You can enter the following information for each offer:

  • Select the profile to which the offer will be assigned.
  • Title of the offer
  • Cover image or photo
  • Brief description
  • detailed description
  • Offer period
  • Validity date
  • Price (optional)
  • Link directly to your offer or booking page

Where are my offers displayed?

Your offer will automatically appear in several places on the portal:

  • On the central overview of offers (depending on the entry type): Archery offers
  • on your company profile
  • in a separate detailed view (which opens in a pop-up) with all the information and a direct link to your website

The offer will be automatically hidden after the expiry date.
