Description Archery course
Agriturismo Poderi Val Verde on an old estate near Castellina in Chianti, 5 traditional apartments for 2-10 people, large garden with pool. For archers: 4 x 3D courses (2 x 28, 1 x 20 "fan shot", 1 x 16 "savannah course"). Ideal location, all major sights reachable within 1 hour, 7 circular hiking trails (some also suitable for mountain bikers), challenging tours in Chianti for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Course description:
The courses are located in the hills and valley of a hunting-free nature reserve consisting of low and high forest and the typical Tuscan landscape. 72 hectares of maquis shrubland. The soil is stony, so it's difficult to plow! So bring plenty of arrows, as the nearest bow shop is in Florence. In the valley, there is a small, romantic stream with small pools and waterfalls. Very diverse flora, including orchids and various types of Christmas roses.
Access to all courses is directly from the residential complex. The Blue Course with 28 stations is a typical IFAA course with ascents and descents, relatively easy to follow along a path. The Red Course, also with 28 targets, leads along a partly steep, wild trail, but directly past the targets. The Yellow Trail, featuring 16 savannah animals, is located directly next to the house complex in a semicircle; here too, it is a relatively steep wildlife path but offers magnificent views.
And finally, our ingenious fan shot with its 20 targets. From a platform, one shoots in a semicircle at the targets in "near and far". It lies within the fenced-in area, so you can always "quickly" shoot it in between. Also ideal for beginners and children.
There are benches along every course. You can cancel any course anywhere and simply return to the facility. A shooting range is available, but the fan shot is also ideally suited for this purpose.
