All other information such as course fees (traditional archers €12,-/day, compound archers €15,-/day) and the necessary written registration can be found on site at the club hut.
Registration is done independently, meaning there is no one on site to collect the course fee.
Registration forms are available at the hut; each shooter must fill them out completely and, together with the fee, put them in the letter slot at the hut.
And then we can get started.
Unless otherwise noted in the calendar, the course is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Everyone is responsible for their own shot.
The most important rules – safety first!
The archery course at Bowhunter Bergstrasse is designed exclusively for shooting with bows.
All types of bows are allowed: primitive, longbow, bowhunter or Olympic recurve, compound with/without release.
Crossbows are prohibited! Hunting points and field points with footings are prohibited!
Every adult visitor must have private liability insurance.
Since the usage fee is a daily fee, the course can be completed as often as desired during the day.
The specified direction of travel must be followed in all cases.
Walking the course against the direction of travel is dangerous and forbidden!
The visitor to the course agrees to only enter these facilities if he is convinced of their safety.
Only one of the pegs may be used to shoot at the target.
The arrow is only inserted after the archer is safely standing at the marked shooting position.
Shooting is only permitted when there is a clear field of fire. Maximum 2 hits per target.
When searching for arrows, first secure the area; place the bows at the target if arrows need to be searched for behind the target. The rules are for your safety and the safety of other archers; please be considerate of each other.
If visitors to the course are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be banned from the premises!
Dogs must always be kept on a leash.
All rubbish, especially broken arrows, must be taken back to the shooting range and must not be left on the course.
